Production time
Once your order is placed, your framed print goes into production within 1–3 business days.
Delivery time
After production, delivery within the EU typically takes 2–5 business days. Total time from order to delivery is usually within a week, though this can vary depending on your location and local courier conditions.
Shipping cost
Shipping is included in the price you see at checkout — there are no separate or hidden shipping fees added to your order.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for prints that arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect. Since each print is custom-made for you, we're unable to accept returns for reasons unrelated to damage or defects.
How to request a return
Email contact@petrait.eu with your order number and a photo showing the damage or defect. We'll review your request and get back to you with next steps.
Refund processing
Once a return is approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and issued back to your original payment method.
